Peter CookeManaging Partner, Peter Cooke

Mr. Cooke has over 30 years of experience in executive management, financial systems consulting, program management, and enterprise process re-engineering through his work with Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, and Marsh.

Mr. Cooke led major re-design efforts for financial management firms worldwide as a Principal Consultant with Deloitte Consulting.  Mr. Cooke developed strategic plans for business and IT organizations in addition to his work implementing global finance and accounting systems.

As the head of Business Process Design for Marsh, Mr. Cooke designed and implemented a shared services strategy that allowed the sales force to focus on the client relationship while dramatically improving cycle times and re-work rates for support teams through workflow automation.

At Morgan Stanley Mr. Cooke was responsible for global strategic re-engineering.  With his expertise in financial management, business process re-design, and workflow automation, Mr. Cooke focuses on sales process effectiveness; ensuring that the client’s entire business system is designed to drive revenue growth.

Mr. Grant has over 30 years of experience in executive management, service strategy, process optimization, and organizational restructuring with some of the most prestigious brands in the financial services industry.

As the EVP of North American Operations at American Express, Mr. Grant led a team of 15,000 dedicated service leaders and front line representatives to unparalleled levels of efficiency and customer loyalty.

At First Data Resources, MasterCard, Marsh & McLennan, WebMD, and Willis, Mr. Grant led enterprise initiatives to redesign technology infrastructures and redefine the customer relationship between front end sales managers and shared service centers.

 

Osvaldo PrincipeManaging Partner, Osvaldo Principe

Mr. Principe has over 25 years of experience in Six Sigma, process management strategy development, and sales automation.  Through his work with American Express, TIAA-CREF, and Marsh, Mr. Principe has been responsible for the development of sales strategies to ensure alignment across channels and effective segmentation against target markets.

Mr. Principe is an expert in process modeling and quality management.  His strategic re-engineering work has improved the effectiveness of sales support processes through dramatic enhancements in quality, re-work rates, and client loyalty.

Ms. Simon has over 15 years of experience in customer segmentation strategies, sales process optimization, and infrastructure assessment.  Through her work at Oliver Wyman, Marsh, and Booz Allen Hamilton, Ms. Simon brings a wealth of experience in strategy, market analysis, and workflow automation to the sales optimization challenge.

Ms. Simon developed enterprise CRM and workflow automation platforms, sales productivity assessment systems, and service quality analyses through her consulting work with a broad array of Fortune 500 clients.
